Welcome to NameSync, a mobile application designed to enhance your call safety by identifying multiple caller names, reporting fraudulent activities, and managing spam numbers. By accessing or using NameSync and logging in with your Google account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. Your acceptance is required to use the app.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Accept" and logging in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use NameSync.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use NameSync. By agreeing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Account and Authentication

NameSync uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You will log in using your Google account credentials (email and name). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account. NameSync does not store or access your Google password. Any misuse of your account due to compromised credentials is your responsibility.

Services Provided

NameSync enables you to:

• Retrieve multiple caller names for a single number using external sources.
• Report suspected scams or fake identities to alert other users.
• Add spam numbers to a community database for blocking purposes.
• Contribute additional caller names to enhance the database.

These services rely on external data sources and user contributions, and accuracy is not guaranteed.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use NameSync solely for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when adding names, reporting scams, or marking spam.
• Refrain from using the app for illegal activities, including harassment, fraud, or unauthorized data access.

Subscription and Payment

NameSync offers subscription plans:

• Monthly: ₹116.82 (₹99 + 18% GST).
• Yearly: ₹590 (GST included).

Payments are processed via Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available on the NameSync website. Non-payment may result in suspension of access. Your data rights and privacy are protected as per applicable laws. For concerns, contact our support team (details on our website).

Intellectual Property

All app content, code, and design are the property of NameSync's developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NameSync provides services "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of caller names or user reports. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the app, including reliance on provided information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted unless required by law to be retained.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Check this page for updates.

Compliance with Data Protection Laws

NameSync complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws. You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Reach our Data Protection Officer via our website for queries or complaints.
